would like to know if my american cranberry viburnum will be coming back more or what can I do to promote better growth. Last fall I trimmed back severly due to big broken down branches in back of bush. Now 2 weeks ago we had huge oak tree removed and when tree company did that they broke off 2 more of bigger limbs.
Can I save this so it will look decent

See this web page. You should be able to prune the bush to a nice shape and with time, it will look nice.
