These plants are growing in my raised garden bed. I planted small seedlings in the raised bed in mid-March. They do not look like any of the plants I planted. Some of the plants also look sick with white and black streaks on the leaves.

These look like Lambsquarter, a fairly common annual weed, and some of them have a bit of leafminer damage. We recommend removing the weeds so they don't compete with your vegetable seedlings; they should pull up fairly easily.
