I am interested in painting the trunks of my fruit trees. should I use a trunk whitening paint purchased from
the store or is it better to use a water mix/ interior white paint to do this with? and if you do this at what
ratio do I use water.

I've included a link to some information. I would recommend a dilution of paint with 2 parts water to 1 part paint. Use interior latex paint without any additives. Do not use oil or exterior paints.
