There are a few things I could suggest.... they offer a backyard fruit tree spray that has both fungicide and insecticide in it. You can find it at any local garden or hardware store. These usually contain pyrethrum, which is a good material for apple pests. Watch your use of Sevin as a spray because it will thin your fruit and is used as a thinner for commercial apple growers.
