Many ID apps are not very accurate, though you could try submitting it to iNaturalist or PictureThis, both of which Rutgers University research found to be among the most accurate. Even then, waiting for blooms would help to verify an ID. Plant ID relies heavily on flower traits, since leaf traits can vary based on growing conditions and plant maturity. There aren't enough distinct characteristics to the pictured plant currently to make an identification, though we are fairly certain it is not horseradish. (Unless yourself or a neighbor was growing some and let it go to seed, it's not likely to be horseradish, and we do not recommend trying to consume it without a concrete ID.)
