Hello and thanks for your inquiry. If you've tried everything (kill trap, live trap, poison, chemical deterrent, mechanical deterrent), it may be time to call in a professional exterminator.
One mechanical method that I've yet to try (and so can't advocate for) and is not on the typical list of methods is this device that sends a pulse through your home's electrical wiring that drives out rodents (apparently). If you've exhausted your other options, it may be worth a try (see link below for more information).

Often, killing/removing individuals doesn't entirely solve the problem if there are still entry/exit sites around the home as new individuals continuously find a way in. Entrances can be surprisingly small holes or gaps in walls and foundations.
