Hello,
I have 6 Junipers (species Scopulorum) that are showing signs of a fungal infection. It is a orange colored matte of fungus on many of the branches. They were planted 4 years ago and this is their first year showing this disease. Not sure if it is Cedar Apple Rust or something else.
Please let me know if you recognize the culprit and if there is a recommended fungicide treatment.
Thanks.

This does look like cedar-apple rust, but it should do little harm to your junipers. The U of Mn has prepared a detailed worksheet on this issue and recommends no treatment. See https://extension.umn.edu/plant-diseases/cedar-apple-rust#managing-rust-on-juniper-and-eastern-red-cedar-1172761
