My tree (probably crab apple tree) has fine white powder on it and isn't getting leaves except a few on new small branches. I want to save it if I can and don't know what to do. I attached 3 photos of the problem. I can also send you a photo of what it looked like last summer. Any idea what is wrong and what I can do?
