Hi Theresa,
The only information we have for rental rates is from USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). We've compiled those into a report by county, which is as detailed as the information gets.

Unfortunately, Berrien County doesn't list a pasture rent. The next best resource I'm aware of is from Iowa State on how to calculate a rental rate. There's a number of different methods and their document does a nice job of outlining those approaches.
