I have a spruce tree on my property that has been dying for the last two years. I did some reading and thought it could be needle cast. I sprayed it with copper fungicide and it seemed to green up a little at first, however it’s still not doing well. Any suggestions on how I can save this tree?

Honestly at this point you may have to consider buying a new tree. Fungicide was the right option. Make sure it has plenty of water and there's nothing else stressing it. All you can do now is wait and see.
