We don't know of a potential recipient, no; we are not aware of anyone doing elm research. If you haven't tried already, and if you use social media, you could ask in local gardening groups if anyone wants the saplings. Elms of unknown parentage (even if the "mother" tree is a Dutch Elm Disease resistant cultivar, the offspring will have one set of genes from an unknown parent, possibly even as a hybrid between species) might not be as desirable for gardeners or restoration plantings since they will have unpredictable resistance to DED themselves.
