Hi,
I removed a lower branch from my Korean maple and I accidentally took of a tiny bit of the collar. Do you think the tree will heal well. Should I put some wound paste on the cut? The branch was skinnier than a pencil. Thanks,

Don't worry about that slip. The tree will seal it over Do not paint anything on it.
