A lot of things could cause damage like that; it is hard to tell from a photo. If you're able to bring in a sample and fill out an intake sheet for our helpdesk, we can help you better. We're open 8am-5pm and are located within the Mesa County Fairgrounds. We'll be having a plant diagnostic session on Thursday afternoon if you're able to bring in a sample by Thursday morning.
