My garden is covered in moss, in the last 2 years I've scraped off a layer to get rid of it but it keeps coming back. The soil seems to be rich, but does not drain well. I also have a number of perennials in that garden. What can I do?

Controlling moss requires changing the conditions that favor it. Aeration, increasing sunlight, raising the soil level can be part of a control plan. A lot of the advice is for controlling moss in lawns but the principles are the same.
