I just was reading your recommendations for killing grass and weeds and saw this,

The Fact Sheet gives three options for eliminating grass in the yard prior to renovating. It's up to the homeowner to decide which option is best for them. CSU recommends that anytime glyphosate is used the homeowner should follow the instructions as written on the label.
According to a Fact Sheet written by Florida State University 'Following extensive study, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), along with many other agencies, has maintained its findings that “glyphosate poses no risks to public health when used in accordance with its current label instructions” (US EPA 2019).'
