Hi Tasha:
Thanks for reaching out to Ask Extension. I am happy to help!
There is a great online tool to help you find the information on soil productivity that you are seeking. It's the Web Soil Survey provided for free by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
After clicking on the link, you will land on the AOI (Area of Interest) tab.
From there, you can locate your desired properties by entering the physical address, or PLLS (Section, Township, and Range).
Delineate your "area of interest" (the specific locations that you listed) using the AOI tool and then click on the "soil map" tab. You will get a map of the soil types located within that AOI, as well as a legend of what those soils are. You can click on them to read more information about them.
Next, click on the "soil data" tab for more information on your soils, specifically, the "vegetation productivity" tab. Scroll down to "Forest Productivity (Cubic Feet per Acre per Year)" and "Forest Productivity (Cubic Feet per Acre per Year)".
Be sure to explore the other features on Web Soil Survey!
Please reach out if you would like some assistance working through the program.
Have fun and happy exploring!
Cheers,
