Hi,
This factsheet talks about separating red raspberries from black raspberries.  The section is right next to Figure 4.  It says to plant them "as far apart as possible" which is not very useful and also to plant the blacks upwind from the reds, and it explains why.  I can't find any more specific information than that about how far apart to plant them.

When you asked about spacing between the raspberries and the blueberry bush, what were your concerns?  The raspberry canes will spread underground.  Here is a fact sheet about growing blueberries:
