Expert Response
Possible pollinizer companions for Superior are Duarte, Methley, Satsuma, Shiro, Waneta, Hollywood, Toka, and Beauty.
Duarte, Satsuma are sometimes listed as only hardy to USZA Zone 6. I would not recommend these for your region.
Waneta and Toka are often listed as hardy to zones 3 or 4. These may be your best choices to prevent dieback during the occasional harsh winter.
