I don't believe we have anyone at OSU working on this specific topic at the moment. You may have to cross-reference the list of medicinal plants with a separate list of native plants (OregonFlora).
Another term to use in your searches is ethnobotany. Here is some info on wildflowers, and the Polk Soil and Water Conservation District might have some leads.
