Aster cordifolius toxicity? #866933

Hello, I was wondering if you had any information about the safety/toxicity of Aster cordifolius? I hope to plant some in my garden, but want to make sure it's safe for my cats/dogs, just in case. I can't find any info on toxicity in either pets or livestock. Thanks in advance.

Hi, 

Unfortunately we do not have any data on plant toxicity for home pets. Many plants have various toxicity ratings and it depends on how much is ingested for them to be harmful. You could check on the ASPCA website and see if there is information on there for any plants in question. It may also be a good idea to check with your vet.
