Burr Oak Tree #866901

Asked May 03, 2024, 1:16 PM EDT

I have a burr oak tree I planted lest year in late summer. I has no leaves on the upper branches, and some cracks in the main trunk. I've attached photos and would like advice on weather I should get another or will it be OK.
