Should we be concerned about releasing the Mason bees if they have been contaminated with a wasp? We are pretty sure the wasp came in the same packing as the bees. The bees are in our frig awaiting your response

OSU Extension publication, "Nurturing Mason Bees in your Backyard in Western Oregon", is a great resource for starting with mason bees. I would follow steps for cleaning the cocoons and eliminating any wasps or pollen mites which you find.
