Good morning,
We may or may not have a mole problem in the yard.
Our new lawn care company believes there is a problem because of “lumpy soil”. There are no dirt mounds visible nor any holes that I can identify near the lumps.
If we do have a problem, is it reasonable to conclude the neighbors on either side of us could/would be affected also?
Other than trying to compare the look of the yard to pictures of a yard with a mole problem, is there a definitive way to determine what we might be dealing with?

Most people with moles in their lawn know they have them because of the tunnels, or snake like ridges across the lawn.
Lumpy lawns are often caused by night crawlers especially after a lot of rain that sends them to the surface.
