Prevent pine cones on austrian pines #866591

I would like to prevent pine cone production on my pine trees I live in northern Oklahoma and have seen on a website the use of Scythe, Axxe, or Avenger helps but wondered about rates to mix per gallon of water and of course I understand depending on volume I use on each tree but need some sort of guideline. My reason for doing this is that I have purchased a robot lawn mower and it doesn't digest pine cones well.
