Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the delay in response. I checked with Dr. Zachary Huang, and while it's a little tricky to tell from the photos, he believes the bee is a female Osmia bee. Here is a photo of a female Osmia bee from Dr. Huang's website: 20060502-DSC 6677 (beetography.com).
