Looking for one or two deciduous shrubs like maybe Mohican Viburnum to block the window street view. The viburnum is kinda big, but like the flowers, fall foliage, any suggestions appreciated.

Mohican Viburnum gets about 6-8' tall, so that could work for you.
Lilacs get tall and have flowers, and would also be a good choice.
Chokecherries have flowers and fall color, and can get tall, but also can sucker - it can make a great hedge.
