Pesticide Applicator books #866372

I'm planning to work toward my Private Pesticide Applicator License and possibly the Commercial one too. I've purchased the National Applicator Core Training Manual with the MI PRIVATE Applicator Addendum already. Is there any way to acquire the MI COMMERCIAL Addendum without re-purchasing the National Training Manual again?
