Hello, We are an 80 home community in Rehoboth of 21 years. We need to contract with a licensed Landscape Architect and Civil Engineer to draw up a master plan to resolve both short term and long term issues and then implement. We don't know where to start? Do you have anybody who can direct us on how to design an RFP or do I just start getting men/women in to present their solutions?
