Rhubarb

I harvested one picking of rhubarb and it is almost ready for a second. Some of the leaves are turning brown, are spotted and brittle. What is happening and what can I do? I removed as many spotted leaves that I found and found dead stalks down under. Is there a spray that I can use to kill these bugs (I'm presuming it's bugs) and still be able to use the remainder of the plants? We've had lots of rain here so I'm anticipating multiple treatments.

Blooming Dasies

I have a garden full of white daisies (not sure on the exact type) and I would like to use them for a wedding on September 21st. I know daisies have a long blooming period and that it's possible to deadhead them to get them to re-bloom closer to the wedding date so that I am sure to have a lot. Could you tell me about daisies and what I need to do to have them in bloom at that time of year? They are currently in bloom and they are in Carroll County.

Deer hunting

I let a deer hang for 24 hours from 12-13-2014 through 12-14-2014 when the temperature was around 50 degrees. Do you feel the meat is OK @ that temperature? The deer was skinned and gutted right after I harvested it. On the 14th I cut up the deer and froze the meat.

Sugar Maple leaf problem

I have two/three sugar maples that the leaves seem to be yellowing and have red spots or burnt spots on them. I am really hoping not to lose the trees and was wondering if I should treat them with something. I will attach a picture of the leaves - and if you would need a picture of the whole tree I could do that also. Just hoping to save them! Thanks!!

moving shrubs for a remodel

We are planning to do a pretty extensive remodel on our house next spring (2015)...I would like to save as many plants that are around our foundation as possible. I have some shrub roses that were planted this spring (2014), I have some spirea that were planted in 2013. These shrubs are all very healthy and doing well. When is the best time to move them? The fall or in the spring? Also what is the latest that mum's can be set into the ground? Thank you for your help. Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated.
