Hi, I have six new sunflower plants growing in my yard and have noticed tiny black specks on the under and top side of their leaves. The leaves turn yellow and die eventually ( killed my cucumber). I cannot tell if it is aphids or a type of powdery mildew. I don't want to start my garden from scratch and any help would be greatly appreciated. Pictures available upon request.

The neighbors areca palms drop thousands of seeds into my yard. They are all sprouting continuously under my mulch and I can't get a handle on removing them. I have tried digging them and replacing the mulch, using an herbicide, but to no avail. It seems that nothing is working. What can I use to Eradicate the hundreds of New sprouts in a third of my yard. Thank you

can cat urine seep through carpet and padding onto a concrete slab? if so, how do you treat the concrete to eliminate the odor and prevent other pets from smelling it and urinating on those spots once re-carpeted? If tile is laid on untreated concrete will the odor be eliminated or will it seep through?

What plant is this?
Just wondering if anyone knew what plant this is. I've had it for three years and it suddenly started flowering this February. First picture is the new flowering, second picture is from last year showing the whole plant.

Bee problem
A large swarm of bees is moving in and out under our manufactured home. Who do you call to investigate the problem? We absolutely do not want to destroy them, but we do not know much about bees and can't tell what kind they are. Appreciate any information to educate us.
