Please help me ID this plant
I've found this plant growing in two of my garden beds and would like to know what it is and if I can use it before pulling it.
Thanks, in advance!

Cottony Camellia Scale on Nellie Stevens Holly
I bought Bonide Horticultural oil to use in my pressure sprayer to treat Cottony Camellia Scale on the Nellie Stevens Holly. How many tablespoons of oil do I mix in one gallon of water?
Today is May 31 and I need to use a summer mixture.

Grass Weed Control
Have recently experienced an outgrowth of grass-like weeds in my yard. The weed varies from 6-12" or so in height and is growing sporadically throughout my yard. Garden nurseries and lawncare folk could not identify it or recommend treatment. I would send a picture but am not sure how to attach it to this web page,

Arborist recommendation
I am hoping to find a real certified arborist in Spotsylvania or Louisa County who can assess my oak trees for health and provide advice on pruning and cutting down if needed. We had some severe storm damage 2 weeks ago and one tree was uprooted, and it took down part of another large tree. I paid for a consult with the local arborist in Fredericksburg, VA working for Bartlett Tree Service. He seemed to be much more interested in providing prices for cutting down trees. This is not what I had hoped to pay for - I wanted a true assessment and advice only.

I need help with stinging caterpillars
Last year my house was invaded by stinging caterpillars. I believe they are called white-flannel moth caterpillars. I have a red bud tree next to my deck and it was swarmed by millions. My husband got severely stung last year he went into shock. Long story short, they are back but very small. I want to destroy them before they get any bigger. How do I get them to go away? Please help.
