What happened to my rose bush?

I have 5 rose bushes in a row. Overnight, one went from green healthy leaves to yellow distressed looking leaves. I'm attempting to attach pics here. If unsuccessful, I'll send pics to vce@chesterfield.gov. Thank you for your time and insight! Appears I could only upload one so uploaded distressed photo. Bush right next to this one is healthy and green.

Corpseflower

We discovered one growing alongside my house in Chesterfield. I've lived here for years and I did not plant it. How rare is it? Is it dangerous?

Best zoysia grass

Hello, I'm hoping you can make a suggestion of the best variety of zoysia grass for the chesterfield area. Being on a well I want to keep watering to a minimum. Thank you, Michael

Sudden death of oak tree

I have a large oak tree in my front yard that was doing just fine up until the middle of June. Then about 90% of the leaves turned brown and they now look completely dead (but have not fallen). Can you tell me what caused this and if there is a chance that it will recover or if it needs to be taken out? --- Thanks, Chris Allen - Midlothian
