Identifying weeds and spraying for them

We have recently purchased 50 acres that belonged to my grandfather. We have about 15 cows on the land. The weeds are taking over and we don't know where to start. Can we get help with identifying the weeds, what chemicals can be safely used, and can we spray the property ourselves or do we need to find a licensed person to spray for us? Need help desperately:) Thanks!

Wax leaf ligustrum

Planted Wax leaf Ligustrum about a month ago I have watered it almost daily except when we rain, Some branches have died and some have leafs that looked wilted that I thought more watering would help. Is this a watering problem or is it a disease and what can I do to save the plant. I think these plants were about a 9 gal. size . I actually planted three plants, so far only one (the middle plant) seems to have the problem

stink bug infestation

I have a stink bug infestation on my tomato plants. I've dusted with Sevin but they are not very deterred. I've read many articles about controlling them but would like your input for our area and climate (Southeast Texas). Also, we composted with dead oak leaves this year and put them between our garden rows to help with weed control and moisture. Could this have lured or brought the stink bugs into our garden area. We've never had a stink bug problem like this. I look forward to your response.

Satsuma tree

Our Satsuma tree has been producing lots of fruit every year. After the 2015 crop was harvested, we added two inches of dirt around the base of the tree because there was a low spot. We also lightly trimmed the tree branches to shape the tree. Now in 2016 it has not produced any blooms/fruit. What do I need to do to get it to fruit again - the tree is approx. 10 yrs. old and 12 ft. tall.
