What kind of olive tree is this?

My brother lives on Sandia Texas on Lake Corpus Christi and has several volunteer olive trees on his property. We are trying to find something to do with them, but we don't know what kind of olive trees they are. Can you tell from the photos what kind of olive trees he has? The tree gets beautiful white flowers before the olives appear. Once the olive is ripe, it turns almost white.

Best tree for caliche and clay soil

We live on the Sandia side of Lake Corpus Christi. Our property slopes down to the water, and was cleared of trees before we bought it. We would love to have some trees for shade and windbreak, but our soil is caliche and clay and we don't know what to try. We also need something fast growing as we are older and would like to enjoy them while we can. Thanks

What type of tree?

I have people who visit ask me what type of tree is this. And I have the slightest clue. They comment about a Mora tree but I am not sure.
