We have a grapefruit tree in Eagle Lake (Colorado County) that appears to have some type of white fungus on its young growth. The leaves are also covered with a black sooty substance. Could whiteflies be causing this or is there another problem?

Goats & Chickens

Have approximately 17 acres between my sister and myself. We are wanting to start raising goats and chickens. We heard through the grapevine that A&M will work with individuals by building fences and small structures for a trade off to study the animals. Is this accurate and if yes can you tell me how to contact that department? Appreciate any help you can give us.
