Egg Eating hens

Hello, I have a few egg layer hens, that started laying about two weeks ago. but I started to notice that they would eat the eggs right after they would lay the egg. First thought that came to mind was that they were low on calcium, But I'm really not sure and have no idea. Should I change their feed to something with more protein or is there something you would recommend I do.

Sunpatients with dead leaves and no flowers

When I first planted my flowers they did great for about a month, but they look like this now and I can't get them to bloom. What can I do? Am I watering too much or too little? I have read something about punching them back but not sure if or how to do that.

How to incorporate agriculture into a child's daily routine.

I work at an after school daycare for about 3 hours each day and we mainly play the entire time but I have been considering doing a few fun demonstrations or activities for the kids that involve agriculture and can teach the children a few things simultaneously.

Trees dying

I live in Payne County in Oklahoma about 4 miles east of Yale OK and some of my trees are dying this year. The odd thing is that there are different varieties and they all leaf out and then the leafs die. There are hickory nut, pecan, walnut and another type that I don't know the name of and is not a nut bearer. I'm getting really concerned as I have noticed that some of the leafs on my oak tree are now turning brown. Please advise if this sounds familiar and if there is anything I can do about it.
