Can you help me identify this berry plant?

I have an 18 month old that loves to pick the berries off all our trees and bushes. I worry about him and accidentally eating them and would like to know what they are and if they are poisonous! This particular bush/tree is about 6 1/2 feet tall and now that it is October and getting a little chilly it looks like it's dying. The branches and limbs are mostly a purple shade and the berries are purple/black and super squishy. My son loves to squish them and his hands are stained purple afterwards! Thank you!

Please help me identify this berry producing tree! :)

I have a toddler that runs around the backyard and loves to pick off the berries from the trees and bushes. I have been unable to identify this one but would like to so that I can know if it is toxic. It is very tall, taller than our house and is probably really a bush rather than a tree because it doesn't have one big trunk but several smaller trunks. It does usually produce flowers in the summertime but I can't remember the color. I do know the hummingbirds love them. Right now the berries are red and aren't hard like Holly berries. My toddler can easily squish them. Maybe I didn't notice in the summer but I don't seem to remember that it had berries before. I know this might not be enough information and thank you for the help!

Is this muscadine?

I have a vine that started growing in a flower bed last year. I left it, and it is growing this year. I believe that the plant may be a muscadine grape. However, I do not know for sure. It does have split tendrils, jagged edges on the leaves, but it has not produced fruit as if yet. It's only the second season of growth.

Webworms on the ground from a neighbors tree

My neighbors have a pecan tree that they refused to treat earlier in the year. The worms have now all dropped from the webs and are all over my house. I cant walk out my front door without one falling on my head. I put a bag of Seven on my yard but it didn't kill them. They are now moving into my maple tree in my front yard. What can I spray my yard and house with that wont harm my pets?

No peaches for years

We have a mature peach tree that produces tons of peaches every year. The problem is they get to goofball size and quit growing. They stay hard and eventually fall to the ground. This has gone on for several years.
I also have 2 peach trees that gave us huge , beautiful peaches the first year and this year there were fewer, smaller, and the tree looks sick. The leaves are sparse, there is a blustery, lump in the trunk that oozes sap, and many of the peaches turned dark and shriveled on the tree. The peaches that shriveled are still on the tree even though they look dehydrated. Help! I canned many quarts from these trees last year, but none this year.
