I had electrical problems on thurs. & lost everything in my frig. & freezer. I made lasagna & rotini at 1 time or another. We ate 1/2 of them & I froze the other 1/2. Can I save them, since they have already been cooked? Also, I made some homemade f.f., blanched them & froze them. r they okay 2 save?

I found several small round WELL sealed bottles of vinegar that were given to me as a gift in a cupboard. They must be at least 20 years old if not older.
They have lemons or olives, onions red peppers etc. in them and except for the fruit and veggies looking a little ragged, they seem OK. I have not opened them but I was wondering if they are still safe to use or should I dispose of them.

My sister had the gypsy moth worms on her pine trees. They killed 1 tree already. She paid a tree company to spray and it killed most of the worms, but now she has the moths. We are looking for the traps that have the lure in to attract the males. We can't find them. Is this what you recommend? If so where can we find them. Or what do you suggest. Thank you Kylean Rockey

I just put in about a 50 perennials in and some of them are 2 to 21/2 feet tall my question is should I cut them down to make them get established better? What would be the best height to cut them to? And some of them are laying down which should be standing up. With my understanding by cutting them down it would help them by to gave their energy to the root system. By cutting them back will they rebloom again?

Wildfire Black Gum 5 inches around

I am getting a Wildfire Black Gum tree that is 5 inches around from Georgia and I live in Northwest Ohio I would like to know what the survival percentage would be coming from Georgia to Ohio ? Since they they have a tip root, an is it to large? It is coming from a Nursery that grows tree for a business. An ship trees up here to Retail Nurseries.

When is the best time to plant this tree in the Fall or Spring time? What months?

What is your feeling about this?
I will have it spaded in since kit would be a very large tree. What I am worried about is the tip root.

Thank-You
