Before posting photos of flowers on my blog, I like to find as much information as I can to include in my post. The past two years, I have taken some neat photos of this attached flower. However, the homeowner isn't sure what type of flower this is. Judging by its leaves, I think it is some sort of day lily, but I am no expert, and not even very knowledgeable.
Hopefully, you can provide me the name of this very exotic looking flower. In the third photo, a lot of digital adjusting was made to create a rather unique looking photo.

We just purchased 16 acres (13 tillable and 3 wooded), this will be used for primarily for horses, with the majority of the acreage being in pasture. My question is, what would be the best pasture seed mix? Thank You
If a child comes to most of the dog meetings in their dog club then quits and comes back to another dog club and goes to fair or fun show do they have to go to Obedience B? or are they considered an A because they do not have the experience in the ring?
How can I tell the difference between a buckeye tree and a chestnut tree. I came across a surviver chestnut tree in southern Ohio and gathered some nuts? It was identified as a chestnut by the owner. I have 50 nuts and will share them with O.S.U. if they have any interest. Phil Young cell 937 536 5894

Hello! I recently had a hay analysis done so that I would know what supplements my horses needed. I am a bit overwhelmed with the information and would appreciate some guidance. I have 2 adult horses approximately 1000 lbs each who currently receive approximately 15 pounds of hay a day, an omega 3 supplement; and a hoof supplement. Thank you for your help. I seem to be unable to attach the hay analysis, but would be able to forward it to an email.
