Do you have a recipe for low-sugar aronia berry jelly?

I bought some aronia bushes from the Soil Conservation Service here in North Dakota three years ago. They are doing great and I am inundated with berries this year. I have made jelly with them and it is fabulous! I am wondering if you would know of a recipe for a low-sugar version or have a source where I might find one.

Crop rotation: Can I grow watermelon on ground that had soybeans on it the previous year?

Can I plant watermelons and cantaloupe on ground that had soybeans grown on it the previous year. I have searched the internet and have only found one website say it was OK. These soybeans have been harvested and the ground deep disced with a fair amount of trash left on the surface. Any advice?

3 lobed leaf, rough edges, can anyone ID?

I touched this plant earlier today, and now my hand is tingling. It is a single stock, with a redish color near the roots. On each leaf, it splits into 3 lobes with rough, jagged edges. If anyone could ID this, that would be so nice as I'm not sure if it's similar to poison ivy or nettles.

yellow blotches on rhubarb leaves

My rhubarb leaves are getting yellow blotches and now I am noticing a few red spots. We have had 5 inches of rain in the last two weeks. The soil is quite heavy with a heavy clay subsoil. This plant was planted two years ago. Is there a remedy for this? I have three one year transplants nearby which show no signs of blotching.
