What can we do about our shedding half-dead tree?

We have a half-dead tree on the sidewalk near our property and it sheds tiny yellow things that need to be swept up several times a day. We are seniors who are sick and cannot keep up with these sheddings on a daily basis. Please can we get a replacement tree with little maintenance?

Tiny flying bug-indoor

Hi, This summer we kept on seeing this tiny little flying bug at home, we are just wondering what this is since it doesn't look like any pest. Thank you for answering.

Is this a tree disease or pollution effects?

This tree on a high traffic blvd with cars and trucks in Queens. It's leaves are speckled, curl and turn brown frequently, and it sheds constantly. It is on city property so sadly discarded trash is in the grass below frequently. I am curious if this is in this shape because of a tree disease or pollution? Also, can you identify what type of oak it is from my pictures. As you can see the truck and leaves are in bad condition.

Grass identification

Hello there, this might be a toughy. I am planning to reseed some weak spots in my lawn but I am not too sure which species of grass I have. It will be much appreciated if I had some help identifying.

Is my cactus sick? Can it be saved

Please look at the attached images of my indoor cactus. I've been noticing webs at the base of the plant and these tiny white scales. I love this plant and it was a very expensive purchase. Can it be saved?!

Norwegian maple branch

I wondered if this massive branch looks dangerous, and should be cut.
Thanks to a dishonest gardener, our yard is full of mold, and the tree has
been ailing for a few years. We cut dead branches every 2 years.
Cutting this one would be draconian, and will make the yard
look crummy.
