An unidentified tree seedling (about 3-4 feet tall) is growing in our flower garden. It looks like it could possibly be a fruit tree- if so we would like to transplant it. The leaves are alternate on the stem. The leaves are finely toothed with light colored veins on the surface, but the veins appear red on the back side. Do you have any idea what species it could be?
I have a new honey crisp apple tree. I got it for mothers day this year. The leaves are covered with brownish orangish spots and bumps on the back of the leaves. I live in the country with neighbors that have evergreens everywhere for timberline.
