Vine berry identification

I am trying to find out what type of berries these are. First picture - the plant is a vine and has berries clustered at the end of a stiff stem. There are approximately 5 clusters on each vine. The back of the clusters do not have berries - it is like a half sphere of berries.

I was able to identify the second picture as a Nannyberry Viburnum.
Latin: Viburnum lentago. Other common names: blackhaw, sheepberry, sweet viburnum, wild raisin.

pigweeds

I have a garden plot that has been here for years, and when we moved in there was an abundant amount of "pigweed". I have tried burning them, spraying them, and continuous tilling. How do I completely get rid of them out of my garden?

farmers market

Our local farmers market is planning on a pumpkin fest to showcase vegetables grown locally.. We are planning on having a largest pumpkin, largest watermelon, largest tomatoe, oddest fruit and oddest vegetable category. We have exhausted our local funds and am looking at writing grants for money to help with this project. I was wondering if there are any available grants for this? Thank You Cheri Losse President of Roseau Civic & Commerce Roseau Farmers Market

Raspberry disease

I know there has been a small fly that lays eggs which hatch into worms inside raspberries while they are ripening in our area last year. I recently purchased some Spinosad concentrate to spray to prevent an infestation. When should this be sprayed? My berries should be ripe in 2-3 weeks in northern MN. I understand Spinosad is organic and can be used up to a day before harvest but I'm wondering if it is applied sooner if the disease can be prevented.
