Peas not growing

My peas are not doing well at all this year. Most are growing extremely slowly if at all. They also appear to have some bug damage on the leaves. I planted 2 varieties of snap peas (1/2 row each).

Greenspire Linden Tree - not all buds are opening

Our 12 year old Greenspire Linden is having some issues. Some of the branches have buds, but they don't leaf out. The ones that are leafing out - the leaves seem smaller than usual. I don't see any spots or bugs on the leaves or the trunk. It's not in an area where the soil is too moist or too dry. Maybe it needs fertilizer? Could the lawn fertilizer be hurting it? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Raspberry fertilization

My raspberry plants have become stunted and the canes are weak. Plants are not even 2 feet tall. I do not see evidence of disease and they still produce quite well for as small as they are. Can I fertilize yet this summer for next years growth? I do mulch with leaves every fall. What formulation of fertilizer should be used? I do not have access to manure. The plants are about 10 years old and have gradually become stunted. They are standard red raspberries that bear one time in July. After they are done bearing I typically prune down the canes that have produced right away.

Amur Privet Privacy Hedge

I live in the Fargo-Moorhead Area and would like to create a natural privacy fence. I am looking for something that is quick growing. Popular suggestions include Green Thuja and Privet. The Green Thuja is considered hardy only up zone 5, but I found sites that suggest it would survive our local winters. Different types of Privet appear to be hardy in our zone, but I don't see many Privet hedges in the area. I was wondering if you had any suggestions to what type of Privet would do best in this area.

Thanks for your advice!

I have 2 apple trees in my yard. One is a Zestar and the other is a Honeycrisp. Both were planted 3 years ago and are 6-8 ft tall now. In the last week or so, the all of the Honeycrisp tree's leaves have wilted and turned brown. The tree branches seem to be pliable yet. We've received very adequate rainfall this summer since the tree has leafed out. What could be wrong with my tree? It could be fireblight, but it seems odd that it happened to the entire tree at once.
