Is it o.k. to prune a large (15 ft.) Holly shrub with berries on it at this time of the year? Nov. 18?
What is a good program pre and post emergence for weed management sweet potatoes? I have looked at Command, Valor SX and some people are using Dual for pre-emergence which I believe is off label. I was going to use a Clethodim post. I was looking for some other opinions. Thanks Bryan

I have three pecan trees about 10 to 12 feet tall. They put out new growth about two weeks ago. In the past three nights, they have been all but defoliated. The shoots are black along the stem and base and base like some kind of hard shelled black crust, but not alive or moving. This happened to one tree last year. It recovered and put out new leaves. One of these trees is showing signs of putting out it's first nuts and I'd hate to lose them. I sprayed with bt last year and have just done the same this a.m. Don't know what else to do. Thank you,
I had a small invasion of bag worms last year on my arborvitae. I want to prevent this and do not want it to spread to my other shrubs. The arborvitae are very tall so cutting the bag worms out is not possible. Can I spray them? If so when and with what spray? Thank you so much. PS. I enjoyed your performance at the Advanced Training seminar yesterday!

This plant is coming up thru another shrub in the yard. The stem is very stiff, perhaps you could say woody.
